Is ad spend included?
No. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta/Google, so you always control your budget. Our fee covers management only.
Do I need a Foundation Build first?
In most cases yes, so your website and systems are set up correctly before monthly growth work begins. If your website is already in good shape, we'll tell you honestly after your free audit.
Is there a contract?
Care is rolling monthly. Growth and Scale have a 3-month minimum because SEO takes time, then rolling monthly.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel after your minimum term with 30 days' notice.
Do you only work in Luton?
We're based in Luton and work with businesses across the UK.
Do your prices include VAT?
We're not VAT registered, so there's no VAT to add. The price you see is the price you pay.
Are software costs extra?
No. The software we run for you, including hosting, chatbot, CRM and automation tools, is covered by your monthly plan.
Can I pay online?
No. Every project starts with a free audit. Once we agree the right package, we'll send you an invoice.
